Recommendation of Casting Procedures for Thick Slabs in Order to Reduce Cracks and Evaluation of Production, Transport and Casting Influence on Foundation Slabs Quality
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Foundation slabs can have significant thickness in case of large structures and thus the problem with their concreting arises due to the hydration heat generation. In case that the inconvenient process of concreting is applied the cracks can occur and water tightness can be damaged. It shows that, for correct analysis of damage occurrence, it is necessary to know not only strain field but, with respect to hydration heat generation, also the temperature and moisture fields are needed. This requirement isgiven by the facts that the moisture contained in pores directly affects strength, conductivity, hydration velocity, concrete ageing and creep. Our department developed software package SIFEL. Actually, the analysis of the coupled problem has been implemented for thermo-hydro-mechanical problem. B3 model has been implemented for modeling creep and shrinkage and scalar isotropic damage model has been also implemented. This code will be used for analyses of foundation slab problems.
