Extreme floods occurred in the history, occur in the present and always will occur. Floods will be probably stronger and more frequented with regard to the climate changes. Floods are often causing property damages and live damages. The floods, which occurred around the Europe in 2002, are good example of that. Therefore, this work, which is a part of the EMTAL project, is focused on flood issues. Authors use in the flood issue solution a methodology so called "Structured approach to modelling of the processes in the landscape", which can simply be characterized, that one should always proceed from large areas to smaller, from general approach to detail scale. This work is focused on the detail scale presented by small catchment with area up to 15 km2.
