Different methodic of determination of material characteristic of concrete in compression exist all round the world in this time. In the Czech Republic exists very old methodic which does not consist of strain softening of concrete. The RILEM committee decided to organize a round robin test, specifically focused on measuring of strain softening in compression. From this point of view the introduced methodic meets the requirements and leads to objectification of the tests of concrete in compression.
