In a global change context, as a result of new international research, it is necessary to reduce the CO2 emissions and other industry effects on all human activities. The risk posed by global warming is significant. Buildings and the building industry generally is a sector with a high share of total energy consumption. CO2 emission growth has a direct causality with the growing energy consumption. Eco-efficiency modelling assists in solving the problem of energy consumption and other industrial effects.
