Results of cooperation of our department and industry in exploitation of fibre concrete in example that meets demands on sustainable designing and ecological attitude to environment. The projects focus on topics of sustainable building from many aspects- embodied energy of constructional materials, decrease of ecological impacts, CO2 emissions and their possible diminution, savings that can bring use of fibre concrete, recultivation of former mining areas and other. Possibility of utilisation of fibreconcrete in this field is investigated. Fibre Concrete showed to be a convenient material thanks to its advantageous properties; fibre concrete is an inert material, fibre concrete structural elements have favourable structural behaviour.
