The aim of the workshop was to discuss the results of the international comparative measurement of the radon diffusion coefficient. The aim of this comparative measurement was to determine the radon diffusion coefficient for three different types of LDPEand HDPE membranes. 11 laboratories from Europe, Asia and USA participated in this measurement, but not all participants submitted their results. Significant differences in the results were observed.
