The paper deals with problems from erosion and transport processes in the watershed. Below, the method is based on the initial determination of the intensity of erosion in the watershed in terms of the universal soil loss equation (USLE) and estimated number of transported sediments using factors of sediment run off (SDR). As for processing documents is used geographic information system software (GIS). Also is tried application of software Erosion 3D which is used and was created in Germany (TechnicalUniversity in Freiberg, Technical University in Berlin). The two streams flow is a series of small water reservoirs to capture soil particles, transported by water flows from those processes of erosion on agricultural land. Erosion 3D cannot be used forall experimental watershed in Czech Republic because we have no all input data available. After measurements in one chosen sub-watershed is able get input data for Erosion 3D for modelling erosion in the sub-watershed.
