The 21st Century has started with two big problems "global warming with environmental impact" and "economic crises". In the view of the first problem "global warming with environmental impact " companies should started be more sustainable and more focused to the green building than just solve actual situation without thinking about next 15 years. The second problem "economic crises" constrains the companies to cuts in expenditure. Consequently both problems required high emphasis in effectiveness and efficiency of the company.
