Currently, the most used engineering network laying method is collector solution, followed by classical laying methods. Multichannel solution is often ignored because of many different reasons. This paper is based on research supported by student grand competition. In this research, multichannel solution were examined and compared to other methods by costs calculation and value analysis. Strong sides of multichannel solution were pointed out and weak sides were explained. According to this research, multichannel solution is more than competitive in comparison with other laying methods and this paper deals with results of research mentioned. In the beginning, there is overview and brief explanation of multichannel technological aspect. In the middle part, strong sides of multichannel solution are presented and in the end, costs and value analyses are interpreted.
