This paper is focused on using of the ice storage tank working on the principle of wa-ter-ice phase change in a passive cooling and heating system of multifunctional houses and administrative buildings in the year balance. Water tank is based on the principle of delivering energy from the water-ice phase change and works with temperatures approx-imately zero degree of Celsius.
