This contribution is focused on issues concerning computation of internal forces and sectional properties of structural elements. A multimedia tool created on Faculty of Civil Engineering at CTU in Prague should help students to practice the matter usinga lot of basic exercises of structural mechanics. Computation of internal forces on two-dimensional and three-dimensional static schemes and sectional properties of structural members are the main topics. The goal of this contribution is to introduce this tool not only to other departments, where the its usage can be highly beneficial.
