This paper focuses on the specification of critical points in the assessment of a chosen building to be elaborated according to EN 15978 [2] and EN 15804 [3]. It is based on the scenario for a specific building refurbishment ? underground part of the building was maintained, upper part was deconstructed and built as new re-using the most of the deconstructed building materials possible. The calculations of environmental performance are not part of this paper, but are planned as a next step of the futurework of the authors.
