The publication deals with the processing of data and metadata, and their integration into the processes of construction companies. Metadata is the key to successful integration and automation. Especially if we need to handle a large set of heterogeneousdata from different subjects - such as in the construction industry. Overcoming these integration obstacles is one of the main goal of the method of building information modeling (BIM). But the deployment and implementation of such technologies could bevery costly due to complex information structures and lack of standardization in this area. It is important to develop services such as BIM library of components that would help to set standards and reduce the costs of using BIM for the construction companies. With the progressing computerization of state administration is already possible to use different public registers and use it for various analyzes in commercial and public sector.
