The experimental study related to project deliverable D4.1 evaluates the RA binder activity for an "extreme" cold recycling material which contains compatibly high proportions of bituminous and hydraulic binder and is applied in central parts of Europe for reaching high bearing capacities of base layer as well as for encapsulation of tar-containing road materials. Test results and summaries related to clarifying the extend of possible reclaimed asphalt acitivity are given in this report as an practicalguide for potentials if different recycled mateirals are used in pavement rehabilitation.
