The future of UHPC materials is very prospective. Many possibilities of their utilization have not been discovered yet and therefore extensive testing is being carried out for these materials both in the Czech Republic and around the world. This paper decribes blast experiments executed on panels of various thickness made of cementitious composite with cement matrix stiffened by steel fibres. Results obtained on these panels were compared to plain concrete panels. Final experiments were carried out on composite panels with polystyrene insulation. All the field tests took place in VVP Březina ? Hanácká louka in cooperation with the Department of Engineer Technologies, University of Defence in Brno and 15th Corps of Engineers of the Czech Army.
