The solution of lowering of water losses and modern water management has long history in the Czech Republic. Especially in the last ten years all interested parties try to find best methods to minimise water losses and maximise efficiency and effectiveness. We can see large progress, in which all interested subjects find all appropriate methods to solve losses reduction and maximum efficiency and effectiveness in this field. In the last 4-5 years we try to change the main part of delivery system ? pump- to reduce energy consumption. Alongside this we experienced lower leakage in this part of mains and less number of breakdowns.
