In current time the large amount of pre-stressed bridge structures is used. Their horizontal and vertical displacements are well predicted, but for verification of theoretical results it is necessary to measure the real displacements of these structuresdepending on external conditions. Very important is exact registration of vertical displacements, i. e. shape of deflection line of construction. Trigonometric method of measuring heights is fitting well for this. In this time we can use robotic total station with almost same accuracy like leveling. In this paper the bridge of general Chábera over river Labe was measured. There is dense network of points enabling accurate approximation of the displacement of the bridge structure. The bridge was observedfour times a year, since completion in 2009. Phase was measured in the night in stable conditions. Configuration of measurement was same in all phases. Sixteen phases was measured. For the analysis of results were used only the points on
