After the complex revitalization (means thermal insulation of the facade, changing of the windows and the thermal insulation of the roof) of the building using central heating system is still the heat consumption higher than it should be. The problem is that the heating system is still proportioned to the former heat losses. The need of heat is lower but the power of heating system is the same. One of the solution is the regulation of the heat supply on input pipe of the building. This article describes how is possible to regulate the heat supply, the potential of savings and the parameters of the system. This is a logical next step after the renovation of the building facade.
