The book is intended to process management in building Industry with focus on processes in building industry and process modelling methods. The first part is an overview of general approaches and methods of process modelling and summarizes current process modelling standards used for modelling processes in building industry. Another part describes current management processes using these methods and suggests optimization of these processes using building information modelling to partially eliminate risk and uncertainty in these processes. The last part suggests changes in methods of process modelling in building industry in order to allow models give more detailed information about handling risk in processes, suggest general changes to process modelling methods to give more accurate and detailed information about processes and set a base of completely new method of process modelling that emphasises structural view of the process, which is suitable for processes in building industry.
