The presentation deals with crack propagation performed by Semi-Circular Bending (SCB) test on asphalt mix specimens. Over time the standardized test procedure was adapted to the conditions more suitable to be used in the Czech Republic (or Europe) - in terms of compaction of test specimens, availability of cutting discs, diameters of test specimens etc.. Some of the new test parameters were determined.
