The invention deals with a device for measuring shear properties of asphalt mixtures containing a machine for testing the material strength, especially for tests of tensile, compression, flexural and shear strengths, which is equipped with an operational frame, fixing elements and driving mechanism. The device is suitable in particular for determining the roadways asphalt mixtures resistance to the occurrence of permanent deformations in the form of ruts. ### The patent is exploited by its owner.
