Pozemek investora se nachází v území se zástavbou nejednotného charakteru venkovských objektů, v okolí se nachází objekty izolovaných rodinných domů. Tvar hmot reaguje na okolní zástavbu vesnického charakteru. Objekt je umístěn v severozápadní straně pozemku, směrem k východu si ponechává maximum volného prostoru zahrady a zeleně. Výraz objektu je relativně minimalistický. Sedlové střechy jsou navrženy ve sklonu 30°. Hmota rd s garáží vytváří polouzavřený soubor staveb vesnického charakteru s dvorem. Architektonický výraz objektu je relativně minimalistický. Během stavby došlo k úpravám původního projektu. Fasáda je omítaná stěrkovou světle šedou omítkou, okna plastová s tmavošedým povrchem, střešní krytina tašková v tmavošedém odstínu, klempířské prvky v barvě oken. Interier objektu je světlý s bílou omítkou, podlahy z laminátových šablon s imitací dřeva a z velkoformátové dlažby s tmavošedým povrchem. Nadezdívka v úrovni 2.np byla mírně zvýšena s ohledem na budoucí využití podkrovních prostor pro bydlení. Před hlavním objektem je nově předsunuta menší teráska. Součástí nového řešení stavby je také úprava řešení přilehlé zahrady, prostoru pro parkování a vjezdu na pozemek. Konstrukce a detaily objektu splňují současné požadavky s ohledem na energetický standart staveb pro trvalé bydlení. V rámci zahrady je řešen přístup do objektu, parkování, bazén.

The shape of masses and materials responds to the surrounding buildings of a village character. The house is located in the north-west side of the ground, towards the east it retains the maximum free space of the garden and greenery. The expression of the object is relatively minimalistic. Gable roofs are designed with a slope of 30°. The main mass of the house with the mass of the garage creates a semi-enclosed set of buildings of a village character with a yard. The architectural expression of the building is relatively minimalistic. During construction, were made to the original project some modifications. The facade is new plastered with light gray plaster, the windows are plastic with a dark gray surface, the roof is tiled in a dark gray shade, the plumbing elements are in the color of the windows. The interior of the building is bright with white plaster, floors made of laminate templates with wood imitation and large-format tiles with a dark gray surface. Nickname in level 2.np has been slightly increased with regard to the future use of attic spaces for housing. In front of the main building, a smaller terrace has been moved forward. Part of the new design of the building is also the modification of the design of the adjacent garden, the parking area and the entrance to the property. The construction and details of the building fulfil the current requirements with regard to the energy standard of buildings for permanent housing. Access to the building, parking, and swimming pool are handled within the garden.
