Einrichtung zur Behandlung von Peyronie-Krankheit eines Penis (4) eines Patienten, gekennzeichnet durch- einen Stoßwellengenerator (6), der fest mit einem tragenden starren Navigationsrahmen (7) verbunden ist,wobei der Navigationsrahmen (7) in drei zueinander orthogonalen Verschiebungsrichtungen und drei Drehungen in drei zueinander senkrechten Ebenen zur Sicherstellung der Stelle des höchsten Energieniveaus einer von dem Stoßwellengenerator (6) ausgehenden Stoßwelle in einem zweiten Fokus (O2) des Stoßwellengenerators (6), welcher zweite Fokus (O2) mit der Position eines Zentrums (T) von Plaque (5) im subkutanen Gewebe eines zu behandelnden Penis (4) identisch ist, bewegbar gelagert ist;- einen hohlen zylindrischen Körper zur Aufnahme eines zu behandelnden Penis (4), wobei der hohle zylindrische Körper eine Innen- und eine Außenwand umfasst, welche einen Raum definieren,wobei der hohle zylindrische Körper durch ein Rohr (1b) mit Hohlwand gebildet ist,wobei der hohle zylindrische Körper sich in einem Beet (3) einer festen Grundplatte (2) befindet, um einen zu behandelnden Penis (4) im Hinblick auf das Zentrum von Plaque (5) in seinem subkutanen Gewebe präzise zu positionieren,wobei die Front des Stoßwellengenerators (6) ein planares Segment aufweist, undwobei die Front des Stoßwellengenerators (6) an dem hohlen zylindrischen Körper liegt, und der Raum zwischen der Innen- und Außenwand des hohlen zylindrischen Körpers mit entgastem Wasser mit einer Temperatur nahe der Temperatur des Patienten gefüllt ist.
