The project includes 23 low energy multiple row family houses. Primary heat source for house heating and domestic hot-water (DHW) heating will be of 100 kW boiler for biomass burning connected with houses by underground channels. There is an integrated greenhouse at the southern facade of each house. Linear Fresnel lenses solar collector SOLARGLAS 1 will glaze the sloped surface of greenhouse. This system eliminates the solar indulation peeks, facilitates DHW heating and provides comfortable lighting ofthe interior. Perpendicular surfaces will be glazed by reflective rasters in order to eliminate over - heating during the summer time. Hot-air heating will be used in all houses with possibility to recuperate warm air from the top of the greenhouse, Nine houses will be heated only by hot-air heating system and fourteen houses will be heated by hot-water heating system too.
