Though the problems discused in the field of Conceptual Design nowadays there are far from theoretical background and they are concentrated on many practical problems issues connected with synthesis of concepts and operations with concepts (understood from nowadys points of view) the may be dated from times of Bolzano, 1837. Investigations resulted in allocation of emergence phenomena in the area between conceptual constructions, operations with intentions and semiosis phenomenon there is possible to find in many works.
