Planning Model-NF and its Integrative Features

The paper deals with a concept, design, tutorial objectives and practical impact of a simple interactive Model-NF created in the Excel MS-Office environment. Model-NF is concerning on visualization tight and very strict linkages between non-financial andfinancial measures used in general enterprise plan. As non-financial measures e.g. of the sales plan are considered e.g. amount of production, time of delivery, reliability of the supplier, request on stock availability, etc. The financial part of the enterprise plan is simplified in the three-balance system. Each change on the input of the Model-NF resulted into calculation of the appropriate size of the financial sheet items. Graphic utilities of the model offer the graphic outputs to fast recognition of the key indicators. Methodologically is the Model-NF is primarily based on simple structure of the general enterprise plan, causality in planning, technical features of the double entry accounting a grouping customers.
