Last ten year we are witnesses of a phenomenon called "Nuclear Renaissence".Europe and a number of extra Europe countries expeience a revival of nuclear power which from the viewpoint of enviromental friendliness belongs to the cleanest sources of energy. Suppression of nuclear power has nit only led to the reduction of production and research in this field but in many countris also to a considerabel reduction of education of new specialists in this field at universities.
