We studied time stability of biocompatible nanostructured coatings TiO2. This stability is significant for provision and innovation of biocompatibility coating. The contact angle of distilled water and ethylenglycol was measured, afterwards the surface energy was calculated. Firstly, we compared the values before and after sterilization. Then, samples were located in four different environments and the time changes during one month was folloved. Evaluation of these results should prove time stability ofcoatings. The morphology of the deposited layers was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), the structure of layers was studied by X-ray diffraction. The contact angles of both liquids on the surface of TiO2, prepared by anodic oxidation were stable during one month.
