The paper deals with the issue of the analysis of geometric specifications of wax models and steel castings produced by investment casting. Using this technology, cooling occurs due to material deformation wax model and steel casting. To optimize the foundry process was necessary to accurately describe the deformation in the problem of the part. The first step was solved only shape analysis of wax models. This is the segment of the stator blades gas turbine.
