The basic requirement for machine calibration is a measurement with high accuracy in the shortest time. Diculty is increasing with dimensions of working space of machine. The method Measurement of the end point by laser tracker which is mounted on a slide increases accuracy of the machine and decreases measurement time. Accuracy of this method is not depended on the dimension of the working space. This method is based on redundant measurement by laser tracker. This device is mounted directly in the slide of the machine. Set of laser reectors are distributed in whole working place. Redundancy of measurement depends on the number of reectors and on the number of measurements. Simulations and real tests show us the increase of the measurement.
