Influence of the Weight Fraction of the Zinc Sulphate Layer on the Welding Parameters and Wear of the Electrodes During Resistance Welding
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
This article focuses on whether a special surface layer based on zinc oxide affects the welding process and whether the measured parameters change with increasing sample S in the coating. For the experiment was used material DX56D + Z100MC with different variants of sulfur in the surface layer. The thickness of the welded materials was 0,6 mm. Resistance spot welds were produced with the same welding parameters. The preparation of materials and welding of all samples took place in the laboratory of resistance spot welding at CTU in Prague. Other tests took place at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering CTU in Prague. This article was written and supported for the SGS project.
