Creation of material card for material quality DX56
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The article deals with the creation of a material card for numerical simulation of sheet metal forming. The basic principle of digital image correlation is described, which will be used to evaluate the measured data. The yield criterion Vegter 2017 was chosen to use in the description of the material card. Hence the experimental part consists of two different types of measurement. The first is the tensile test, following EN ISO 6892-1. Results of tensile tests provide you with the hardening curves, the fundamental mechanical properties, strain hardening exponent (n-value), and the Lankford coefficient (r-value). The second is the Nakajima test, following EN ISO 12004-2, to obtain the forming limit curves (FLC). The ARAMIS optical system by GOM was used for the measurement of deformation and evaluation of material properties. The experimental part aimed to obtain measured data at different loading rates and then use these to create a material card in the AutoForm software, which is used for numerical simulations of sheet metal forming.
