The article is focused on the technology of surface treatments with powder plastics. The experiment consists in comparing two methods of curing powdered plastics, namely hot air and infrared. The mechanical properties of the coatings, such as thickness, adhesion and cohesion of the coating to the base material are evaluated through tests and measurements.
