The report briefly describes set of tools for communities of interest. The scope of the tools is very broad. There are described tools designed for a special purpose, e.g. Bletchley Guide Scheduler (Schedulling system). On the other hand there are described tools that can be used generally in many applications, e.g. Apollo CH (ontology editor). The tools mentioned here are either fully or partially developed within the Cipher project. This report is definitely not a user guide for these tools, it only briefly describes their main features.
