Comparative measurements of ADC testing systems among the Laboratoire de micro-électronique IXL of University Bordeaux, the laboratory of the Institute of Microelectronics and Mechatronics Systems Ilmenau, and the ADC T&M Laboratory of the Dept. of Measurement of FEE CTU in Prague was executed. The comparison was performed using a transportable reference AD device designed and developed in FEE CTU. The results of executed measurements were analysed and the comparison of characteristics of tested systemswas made.
