In this paper a concept of site-specific space-time simulations of point-to-multipoint radio systems performance during specific rain events are presented based on actual radar data. A database of radar data for numerouns types of rain events has been established to enable system testing under different conditions. Various aspects of the system performance like site diversity can be evaluated by the simulation tool.
