The article has introduced Electronic Service Book / Web Service Book as a supporting tool for documenting the lifecycle of a car. The outcome should be mainly to make the used cars market more transparent, and as well to make a statistical data that concerns reliability of product accessible for the car and accessories manufacturers. At the end the model implementation of integration strategy, which provides a feedback to the car designers, was mentioned.
