This paper deals with the model-base video compression and a new idea of using the 3D bust models database for the low bit rate video compression. Furthermore, this paper introduces also the method of creating this database. We are analyzing the possibility of using this database in order to simplify the complex system for 3D modelbase video compression and likewise the benefits of its implementation. This idea is design with the respect for using in the MPEG-4 stream.
