This combined high-voltage divider is designed for three-phase measurements in power grids up to 22 kV in dry ambient. The input terminal of the divider is connected between phase conductor and ground with the low terminal always connected to ground potential. This divider is not designed for permanent connection to power grid. Besides transient measurements it is possible to use the divider for short-term high harmonics monitoring in power grid. Combined divider consists of two parts - primary capacitor voltage divider, that is connected in the measurement point, and secondary divider, which is placed nearby measuring apparatus. Both parts of the divider are connected with coaxial cable. Maximum input line-to-line voltage U1m = 25 kV effective, maximum output phase voltage U2m = +-5 V amplitude, so the total dividing ratio is 4100. Characteristic impedance of connecting coaxial cables Z = 50 ?, the input impedance of connected measuring apparatus Rv = 1 M?.
