Satellite-to-indoor Channel Modeling at L-, S- and C-band
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Although a lot of work related to building penetration loss for satellite services has been published so far [1]-[3], still an analysis considering different distances of a receiver from a wall or a window is missing. Using experimental data obtained during an extensive measurement campaign aimed at building penetration loss at high elevation angles at L-, S- and C-band, it was possible to carry out such an analysis for a corridor in an office building. This paper shows that a maximum attenuation in thecorridor was observed at the one-meter distance for a window under non-line-of-sight propagation conditions. In addition, under line-of-sight conditions, the farther the receiver was placed from a window, the closer the loss was to this mentioned limitcase. A noticeable elevation dependence of the results is presented as well.
