To enable large deployment of so called femtocells into conventional mobile wireless networks, several issues related to their implementation must be solved. The most problems are related to the fact that the customers can place femtocell anywhere in their premises. This paper examines and proposes new approach for two critical issues. One of the problems in the femtocell network is a management of Neighbor Cell List. Newly installed femtocell does not know its neighborhood and surrounding cells know nothing about the newly added femtocell. Therefore, an automatic creation of a Neighbor Cell List for recently deployed femtocells is introduced in this paper. Furthermore, there is also an important issue with identifier assignment. The number of identifiers is highly limited compared to the number of active femtocells. This brings issues which have to be avoided or else femtocells will not be easily deployed on a mass scale.
