Parametrization of Time-Reversed Signals
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Time-reversal is a technique for focusing waves. This technique is based on reciprocity of the wave equation. Time-reversal approach is commonly used for guided waves propagating in elastic materials. We test its application for investigation of human skin in-vivo, which is viscoelastic material. Moreover, skin tissue is inhomogenous, anisotropic, nonlinear viscoelastic biopolymer. Time-reversed signals passed throughout the skin can show nonlinearities which can be related e. g. to some diseases. For investigation of the observed nonlinearities, several waveform dependent experiments were designed. The aim is to choose eligible parameters of side lobes of time-reversed signals which are typical event and are related to the main lobe. Above mentioned side lobes are used as a measure of the quality of the original pulse reconstruction. Chosen parameters should describe the skin behavior well, i. e. process of its loading, relaxation, unloading and dependence on parameters for each inves
