The Data Stewardship Wizard (DSW) is a tool for effective data management planning for researchers and data stewards. It contains a comprehensive knowledge model on the topic. The user is guided by a smart dynamic questionnaire. The tool helps the researcher with making their data FAIR through automated metrics evaluation. DSW contains advanced collaborative features and possibilities of integration with other technical systems. Data management plans can be exported into major funder templates in various formats. The whole system is highly configurable and customizable.

Technické parametry

The software implements results of original research, namely: - Automated evaluation of FAIR metrics - System for evolvability of Knowledge Models + algorithms for assisted migration of existing questionnaires. The software is implemented using pure functional programming paradigm based on mathematical foundations, which results in high stability and code quality guarantees.

Ekonomické parametry

DSW has been developed under the participation of CTU in the ELIXIR CZ infrastructure and is a part of its delivered services. It has become one of the major data management planning solutions, having several thousands of users world-wide and tens of installations. DSW is being one of the tools recommended by the European Commission in the Horizon Europe guidelines. The code is distributed under the open Apache2 license.
