The operations Manual has been prepared in accordance with the conditions contained in the JAR-FCL 2. It also reflects the company policy and procedures, ICAO regulations and ATC procedures. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic has been provided with a copy of the Operations Manual, and receives all amendments and revisions thereto. All operational personnel shall either have easy access to those parts of the Operations Manual which are relevant to their duties, or must have issued a personal copy of those parts. This methodology contains all necessary parts of Operation Manual - General Part, Technical Part, Route and Aerodrome Instruction and Information and Stuff Training. General Part contains the non-type related operation policies,instructions and procedures required for safe operations. Technical Part contains all type related instructions and procedures required for safe operation of an helicopter. It contains relevant checklists, and descriptions and instruction
