Specific requirements on telecommunications security solutions generated by dynamically growing field of tranport cooperative systems are discussed. Data volumes transferred between car and infrastructure as well as between other cars have progressivelygrown. This trend amplifies potential of the fatal problems if security of the wide area networks solution has ot been appropriately treated. Hazards probability grows if vehicles internal networks are integrated in the dynamically organized wide area networks. Telecommunications security treatment represents one of the crucial part of the system telecommunications solution. Besides of availabel "off shelf" security tools solution based on non-public universal identifier with dynamical extension and data selection according to actor role or category is presented. Definitions of authentication performance indicators enabling quantification of authentication process impact of on service performance based on the same principles like telema
