Present goal of humans is to live at safe space. In agreement with the EU and UN proclamations and the professional knowledge there is necessary for conservation and sustainable development of the human society to create the safe territory, safe community, safe state, safe Europe and safe world. To reach this aim the safety management based on the qualified negotiation (trade-off) with risks needs to be step by step introduced into practice and it needs to be implemented by safety engineering disciplines ensuring the safety of system of systems.
