The main goal of the NEMO3 experiment is to study neutrinoless double beta decay to a half-life limit of 10^25 years. Besides the neutrinoless process, NEMO3 allows a thorough study of the two-neutrino double beta decay to the ground and excited states of several nuclei. A brief description of the experimental set-up is followed by current status of the NEMO3 experiment. The Czech contribution in the NEMO3 project is also given.
