The aim of this paper is to investigate spectral properties of the imaginary Airy operator with an additional-interaction. We nd the asymptotic behavior of large eigenvalues and the resolvent norm, and thereby also establish the completeness of the eigensystem. The results are compared, in particular, with the properties of the imaginary Airy operator with an additional-interaction studied in [18].
