Curriculum of Bachelor Studies - Biomedical Technician at the Czech Technical University

Paper deals with the description of the bachelor studies Biomedical technician at Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. Introduction of this paper includes facts about faculty history, priorities and statistics. There is described and commented curriculum of the above mentioned three years bachelor study branch from the point of view of interdisciplinary study and Czech legislation requirements especially in the field of so called "health-care minimum" and "electricalengineering minimum". Laboratory experimental base, professional practice and team projects are discussed in detail. The above mentioned study branch was approved at first in 2003 and at second in 2007. The groups of subjects are the following: medical and health-care subjects, subjects from the field of electrical engineering, biomedical engineering subjects, economic and managerial subjects and others. At the end of this paper are described the selected subjects and relevant projects.
