We developed a software package for management and evaluation of non-invasive cardiac autonomic tests. These tests aim to investigate the human cardiovascular function and its autonomic nervous control. Our system offers user-friendly features for managing patients and autonomic tests; for uploading measured cardiovascular signals and performing statistical evaluation. An additional modeling and simulation component includes basic mathematical models and offers means for performing parameters estimationfitting the experimental data.
